Hi... I'm Laurie

I’m a clinical therapist, certified life coach and hypnotherapist.

I’m obsessed with helping busy women make the most of their valuable time without all the guilt, shame and self doubt.

I’ve spent my entire career working with individuals, families and children in various mental health settings and it boils down to one thing… people simply just want to feel better. They want to be confident and in control of their emotions when they’re triggered and trust themselves along the way.

This is all possible through my program

As busy working women it often feels like there’s little left over for self care/ wellbeing or our own personal development. Women have dreams and ideas about their wants and needs, but are constantly saying “when will I ever find the time?” or indulging in the belief system that they don’t have what it takes.

What I teach is HOW to work on your mindset while you’re doing other things. How to look at situations differently while you’re living life / How to feel your emotions in a new way in the moment that allows them to truly heal instead of getting trapped in your body and mind wreaking havoc. When that work is complete- you no longer have to spend time on the chaos in your mind.
